On Friday 20th April Abbey Parks Farm Shop will be hosting its monthly Evening of Fine Dining. The menu is chosen to incorporate all the produce that is in season at this time of year. It is a lovely evening which welcomes in Spring and all he joys that this brings. We hope to see you there.

Spring Fine Dining
Friday 20th April from 7.30pm
Starters
Smoked salmon and crab timbale, citrus dressed leaves.
Horseradish and mustard twice baked cheese soufflé, sour dough croute, sweet mustard syrup.
Warm salad of pancetta, spring pea, wild garlic and tzatziki
Watercress soup, herb scone, fennel foam.

Mains
Olive and rosemary roast leg of spring lamb, Dauphinoise potato, celeriac, sprouting broccoli.
Parmesan crusted veal escalope, bubble and squeak potato, poached duck egg.
Seared fillet of miso marinated black bream, sweet and sour peppers, spring onion salsa.
Steamed breast of chicken filled with apple mousseline, vanilla jelly, cider jus
Aubergine parmigiano with warm olive bread bruchetta.

Desserts
Rhubarb and saffron tart, rhubarb cream, butter biscuit
Hazelnut meringue, coffee cream, crumbed praline
Passionfruit crème brulee with mango and coconut lassi, ginger crisp
