Homemade chicken liver and brandy pate with Christmas chutney.
Fish platter

Main Course
Roast Turkey with all the trimmings
Slow roast belly of pork with cider and wholegrain mustard jus
Wild mushroom and spinach stroganoff with rice and dressed rocket.

Desserts
Homemade Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Mincemeat frangipane, vanilla ice cream, almond praline.
