Starters
Smoked haddock and chive chowder with apple wood croute
Duck liver and orange pate, seasonal chutney, marmalade loaf, English butter.
Pistachio stuffed chicken breast, caramelised walnuts, lemon and rocket salad.
Warm beetroot and soft goats cheese salad

Main Courses
Fish of the day
Seared duck breast, chilli and lemongrass noodles, pickled spring onion, miso broth.
Individual beef wellington, fondant potato, beetroot crisp, green beans with a red wine and thyme jus.
Pumpkin and sage risotto, crispy sage, cumin oil

Lemon baked Alaska, candied lemon
Raspberry and white chocolate frangipane, almond praline, pistachio ice-cream
