Pan fried seabream fillet, parmesan crust, fennel, toasted almonds
Roast gressingham duck breast, fondant potato, wilted spinach and orange salsa
Chump of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, roast onion puree, chantenay carrots
8oz Lincolnshire rib eye steak, stilton stuffed mushroom, hand cut chips
Spinach and garlic mushroom tartlet, slow roast tomato balsamic reduction
